Guidelines regarding orders, payments, fulfillment, and our boutique home-bakery commitments.
1. Artisan Baking & Small Batches
Because all items at The Quiet Cup are freshly baked in small batches out of our kitchen in Chennai, daily quantities are strictly limited. Once daily slot capacities or item batches are exhausted, orders will close for the day.
2. Orders & Instant UPI Payments
Orders are confirmed only upon successful verification of UPI payments via our secure checkout gateway or direct QR scan. Unpaid orders remaining in pending status will automatically expire to release slot allocations.
3. Store Pickup & Local Delivery
- Store Pickup: Patrons are requested to collect their orders during their chosen time slot.
- Local Delivery: Handled securely across Chennai within designated delivery windows. Please ensure correct contact details and delivery addresses are provided at checkout.
4. Cancellations & Modifications
Due to the perishable and custom nature of our artisanal desserts, cancellations or modifications can only be accepted prior to kitchen processing and batch preparation. Reach out directly via WhatsApp for urgent assistance.
5. Quality & Storage Guidelines
Our products contain fresh dairy, butter, and natural ingredients with no synthetic preservatives. We recommend storing them as instructed upon delivery or pickup (typically refrigerated where applicable) to maintain optimal taste and texture.
